Popular online storage solution Dropbox has just launched its BlackBerry client as a limted beta. The app, compatible with OS 5.0 devices, already was gobbled up by the 500 user slots for testing. VI Editor / Linux Terminal Cheat Sheet (PDF) http://mitchmckenna.com/post/7359/mitchell-mckenna-vi-editor-linux-terminal-cheat-sheet-pdf

n Altuner and Jesse Stay liked this

"We created the VI Editor cheat sheet because of the amount of time members of our team spend working in the Linux Terminal. For the developers, using the command line 24/7 can be exhausting. Forgetting a command here or there can really break up their workflow. So we put together the VI cheat sheet that can be used for quick reference as and when you need!"

Google Envelopes | Use G-Mail To Send Real Letters With A Click http://mitchmckenna.com/post/6953/mitchell-mckenna-google-envelopes-use-g-mail-to-send-real-letters-with-a-click

"Rahul Mahtani & Yofred Moik, two bright minds have come up with a highly brilliant idea of incorporating snail mail into G-Mail. The solution, which is in beta testing right now, is to add another button to G-Mail which enables you to send your message through snail mail instead. What’s ultimately cool about it is that it will be using Google Maps to plot out the route on the envelope to tell the full story of how the snail mail got to your personal letterbox just outside your door."

One Check-in To Rule Them All: Brightkite's Upcoming Service http://mitchmckenna.com/post/6734/mitchell-mckenna-one-check-in-to-rule-them-all-brightkites-upcoming-service

Very smart move on Brightkite's part, being the first big one on the scene to offer cross-service check-ins will be move for them. They'll own an app not directly related to their own service Brightkite, where they can basically secure their location in the top 3 with Foursquare and Gowalla.
