Started a discussion: Android Market Not Showing All My Installed Apps [Fix]

October 14 2011, 1:40pm

A few weeks ago, I noticed in the Market, My Apps wasn't showing all the apps I had installed, it only showed about 10 apps. I figured it was a bug, but that my apps were being updated anyway. However, it turns out only the apps in the list were being monitored and I was missing out on a lot of app updates.

When I brought it up with several other android users, they noticed the same issue too. Apparently it's fairly common bug, so I wanted to some instructions incase you're having the same issue.

  1. Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Market.
  2. Press Uninstall Updates.
  3. The Market will update itself the next time you open it and all your apps will show up in My Apps. Once I did this I had about 30 apps waiting for updates.
