Skype 4.2 beta for Windows adds call transfer, Chrome browser plugin

"You can transfer calls to any of your Skype contacts for free. There's also a call quality indicator, improved functionality with the Winodws 7 taskbar and system tray, and improvements to the contact importing utility. Skype has also added a Chrome plugin to its list of browser tools."
