Dirpy - YouTube to Mp3 Converter

Probably one of the best Youtube > Mp3 online converting services I've come across. Real-time transcoding, higher quality mp3s, no obnoxious ads, and includes file parameters and ID3 tags.

Update: Dirpy.com has shutdown, you can use fetchmp3.com instead (click 'custom conversion' to avoid becoming a member). Got a better site? Let me know in the comments!
