A must watch for those trying to understand Social Media. A lecture at Harvard given by Dan Zarrella, HubSpot social media scientist.

Dan attends many events where people share social media advice, most of it he calls ‘unicorns and rainbows’. Advice like engage in the conversation and reward your followers. Good advice hard to disagree with, but not based on anything substantial. Dan gets beyond the unicorns and rainbows, into the real data, the real science why people share online.
